When you request a quote, place an order or contact us through this website, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, company name (if given), delivery address and the details of your enquiry.
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, arrange deliveries and manage your account with us. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.
Website form submissions are delivered to us by email via the FormSubmit service. Your submission passes through their systems for delivery only. No account or payment details are collected on this website.
Your quote list is saved in your own browser's local storage so it isn't lost between pages. It never leaves your device until you choose to submit it.
We use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel on this site. They tell us which pages people visit, how they got here, and whether an ad led to an enquiry. Both set cookies in your browser and both send that data to Google and Meta.
We read it as numbers across all visitors. We do not upload customer lists and we do not use it to work out who you are.
Most browsers let you block cookies in settings. Google publishes an opt-out add-on for Analytics, and your ad preferences on Facebook and Instagram control what Meta does with its data.
