We collect construction and demolition waste from sites across the Perth metro area with our own heavy tippers, and it comes back to our own licensed facility. One call, one invoice, and you know where the material ended up because we own both ends of it.
Most waste companies pick up your material and pay somebody else to take it. We are the somebody else. The truck is ours, the yard is ours, and the licence is ours: DWER licence L6544/1993/11, a licensed solid waste depot.
Worth saying up front. We run heavy tippers and truck and trailer combinations, not skip bins. If what you need is a small skip on a residential driveway for a bathroom strip out, we are the wrong call and there are good bin companies who will do it better and cheaper.
If you have got a demolition site making loads all week, a bulk earthworks job with spoil to shift, or a civil site with broken concrete stacking up, that is our work.
Heavy tipper combinations, rigid tippers through to truck and trailer sets, with our own licensed drivers on every one. We do not dry hire. Our combinations run on General Access, so 42.5 tonnes gross is the ceiling on every job. We will tell you what that means in loads for your volume when we quote.
A clean load of concrete or brick is cheaper for you to move than a mixed one, because it comes back to our yard and goes straight into product. A mixed load has to be handled and sorted, and you pay for that.
If your site has room for two piles instead of one, put the clean concrete and brick in one of them. On a job of any size that single decision usually saves more than anything else you could do about your waste bill.
Our trucks are already coming to you with road base, sand or aggregate on a lot of these jobs. A truck that arrives loaded and leaves loaded is a truck you are not paying to run empty one way. If your job is buying material and getting rid of material at the same time, ask us to price it as one thing rather than two.
Concrete, brick, rubble, asphalt profilings, and clean fill within the limits of what our yard can accept, the same list as our waste tipping page. If your site also has sand, soil or heavily mixed demolition waste that does not fit that list, tell us anyway. We can usually still cart it to another facility rather than leave you to sort out disposal yourself.
Not asbestos, and not general or putrescible waste. If there is asbestos on your site it needs a licensed removalist, and we would rather tell you that on the phone than find it in a load.
For a single load we can usually arrange cartage within two days of your call. For an ongoing run, tell us the schedule you need and we will confirm what we can commit to.
Some sites want a set run: two trucks every Tuesday and Thursday until the job is done. Others want a phone call when the pile gets too big. Both work. For demolition work we will keep pace with the machine if that is what is needed, so the excavator is not standing around waiting on a truck.
You get a docket for every load. The material went to a licensed depot and was recycled, and the dockets say so. We can also produce a summary report of the tonnes removed and recycled for a whole project, on request, if you are reporting a recycling rate to a head contractor or working to a waste management plan.
As one all-in number per load, cartage and tipping together, and that is what we recommend. You get a single figure to budget against instead of two invoices to reconcile. Hiring the truck and paying the tipping charge yourself is possible if that is how your job is set up, but it is not the default and it is worth asking us to price the all-in number first.
